Limo dispatch software, compared honestly

Side-by-side comparisons of LimoSphere and the platforms chauffeur operators actually shortlist — with each vendor’s own published pricing, what they genuinely do well, and where the money really goes. Sourced and dated, not a sales sheet.

The short answer

The main limousine and chauffeur dispatch platforms operators compare are Limo Anywhere, Moovs, FASTTRAK, SantaCruz by GroundWidgets, A to Z Dispatch, Ground Alliance, LimoWiz and LimoSphere. They differ most in how they bill: some charge a monthly base plus a fee on every trip, some meter messaging and flight lookups, and some — including LimoSphere — charge a flat monthly plan with no per-ride commission and let the operator keep their own payment processing.

Choosing limo software — the questions that matter

There is no single best platform, because the right answer depends on how you bill and where your work comes from. Limo Anywhere has the largest installed base and affiliate directory. Moovs is the easiest to learn for a small fleet. SantaCruz by GroundWidgets is strongest where revenue arrives through GDS and corporate booking tools. LimoSphere fits operators who want flat monthly pricing with no per-ride commission, a branded passenger app included rather than added, their own Stripe processing rate, and Gnet affiliate farm-outs on the dispatch board.

LimoSphere charges flat monthly plans — a free tier, then $29, $129, $249 and $499+ a month — with no per-trip fee and no commission on any fare. A to Z Dispatch and Ground Alliance also publish flat monthly plans without fare commission. Limo Anywhere publishes a monthly base plus a per-trip charge, and FASTTRAK publishes a base charge plus pay-for-what-you-use metering on messaging, flight lookups, driver-app bookings and affiliate exchanges.

Entry pricing across the market runs from free tiers and $25–$29 a month for single-operator packages up to $999 a month and above for enterprise fleets. As of August 2026, published entry prices include LimoSphere at $0 free and $29 Launch, A to Z Dispatch Solo Booking from $25, Limo Anywhere Core at $99 plus $0.25 per trip, FASTTRAK Starter at $99, Ground Alliance from about $99, and Moovs Standard at $149. Setup fees range from $0 to $899 depending on the vendor and plan.

Less than most operators expect, provided the migration is guided. On LimoSphere the team moves your customers, vehicle types, rate cards and upcoming reservations for you, then both systems run in parallel through a cutover week so the old platform finishes the trips already on its board while new bookings land in the new one. Most operators are dispatching from LimoSphere within days.

On LimoSphere, yes — you connect your own Stripe account, keep your own negotiated processing rate, and settlements move from Stripe to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. LimoSphere is not your merchant of record and does not hold your funds, so the processing relationship stays yours if you ever move on. Some platforms in this market route processing through their own merchant services instead.
