Accept the job.

Get paid in app.
The chauffeur side of LimoSphere dispatch. Offers and auction jobs arrive by push, the full route is visible before you commit, and every dollar — due, paid, withdrawn — is accounted for on your phone.
Every offer arrives with the whole job on one card
Offered jobs list job type and ID, pickup date and time, the full stop sequence, vehicle class, pay basis, passenger and luggage counts — before you touch Accept. Flip to On Duty and live location starts feeding you nearby work; the green bar tells you it's active.
- Accept or Decline without leaving the list
- Flight-linked pickups expand to airline and flight number
- Pull to refresh, or let push do it for you
See the whole route before you commit to it
One tap from any job card opens the live map: pickup in green, every stop in amber, drop-off in red, your own car tracked on the polyline. Focus mode and follow-car keep the view where you need it, and any address hands off to Google Maps for turn-by-turn.
No-show and stop states included; dispatch sees each change instantly.
Auction jobs — register interest, win the work
Jobs released to auction sit in their own tab with the offered pay basis on the card. Tap Interest and dispatch is notified immediately; the card locks to Already Interested so you never double-submit, and the state survives closing the app.
The phone tells you the second dispatch moves
Firebase push plus a background service keep chauffeurs current without opening the app: new offers, auction outcomes, route changes, trip-status corrections and payout confirmations. Notifications arrive foreground, background and cold-start, and deep-link straight to the job.
A Stripe Connect account that pays out from the app
Chauffeurs onboard their own Connect account in a single flow. The app shows account ID, payouts and charges status, available and pending balance, and a withdraw action — plus a direct link into the Stripe Express dashboard for statements and tax docs.
Add a card and withdraw without the wait
Today chauffeurs store bank details in the app — bank name, account holder, account number, routing number — and payouts land by transfer. Card withdrawal is next: attach a debit card once and pull an available balance to it directly.
Know exactly what you're owed, and what's already paid
Two tabs, two totals. Due lists every job still carrying a balance with paid-versus-total and its charge items; Paid lists settled transfers with amount, status, Stripe transfer ID, provider, the jobs covered and any note from the office. Tap through for the per-job breakdown.
Upload once, keep compliance current from the phone
Camera or library, crop, upload, done — and the same screen handles re-uploads and expiry dates so a lapsing document never comes as a surprise. Everything the office needs sits in one place, per chauffeur and per vehicle.
Four steps from download to first offer
Registration is a three-step form in the app. Approval happens on the dispatch side.
Your brand, our engine
Operators ship the same chauffeur app under their own name: app icon, splash, colour, store listing. Everything behind it — offers, auctions, routing, Stripe payouts, documents — stays on LimoSphere dispatch, so your chauffeurs get one app and you keep one back office.
- Own bundle ID & store listing
- Brand colour & icon
- Shared dispatch core
What chauffeurs ask first
On Duty shares live location so dispatch can offer you nearby jobs first. Offers can still reach you off duty, but proximity-based work needs location on — the app tells you clearly when it isn't.
Offered jobs are assigned to you to accept or decline. Auction jobs go to several chauffeurs at once — you register interest at the posted rate (fixed, commission or hourly) and dispatch awards it.
Completed jobs move from Due to Paid as your operator settles them through Stripe. Available balance can be withdrawn from the Payments screen whenever payouts are enabled on your Connect account.
Not yet. Bank details and Stripe payouts work today; card withdrawal is in build and will appear in the Payments tab when it ships.
You get a push reminder ahead of the expiry date and the document is flagged in the app. Re-upload from the same row — camera or library, with crop — and dispatch sees the new file immediately.
