GnetFarm-outs & farm-insNever turn down a trip again.
When your last SUV is out, the job doesn't have to be. Find a partner from 5,000+ operators mapped worldwide, hand them the trip in one click, and take their overflow back the other way — all from the board you already watch.
A farmed-out job is still your job.
It leaves your fleet, not your system. Here is the whole loop — five moves, one record, and a customer who never finds out.
Figures below are from a real farm-out shape: a JFK morning pick-up placed with a New Jersey partner.
The other direction pays too.
Partners send you their overflow the same way. Offers arrive with the route, the class and the pay already on them — accept, and the trip drops onto your board as an ordinary job with a chauffeur to assign.
- Answer from dispatch, or from your phone between calls
- Auto-accept rules for the partners and lanes you always want
- A countdown on every offer, so nothing sits unanswered
- Accepted farm-ins use the same board, driver app and invoicing
Your fleet ends at the county line. Your service doesn't.
Quote a Zürich transfer on the same screen you quote a JFK run, place it with a vetted local operator, and keep the customer — and the margin — instead of handing both to someone else.
The lanes on the map are the corridors this operator runs. Yours are drawn from your own booking history.
* Directory compiled from publicly available operator data — see below.
5,000+ operators, already mapped.
Search the city you need a car in and see who runs there — fleet size, vehicle classes, and whether they are on Gnet. Connect over the network if they are; send a portal invite if they aren't. The trip works the same either way.
The directory is compiled from publicly available operator data, so it covers firms you have never worked with — not just the ones already in your address book.
* Operator listings are compiled from publicly available data. Fleet and coverage figures are indicative, and Gnet membership is shown where it can be confirmed.
Your passenger never meets your partner.
The booking, the tracking link, the texts, the receipt and the invoice all stay on your brand. The partner supplies the car and the chauffeur; you keep the relationship — and the next booking.
One trail, both companies on it.
Every status the partner sets, every flight update and every cost line lands on your job record with its source attached. When the customer calls, your dispatcher answers without calling anyone.
The right-hand column is what the passenger was shown at that moment — the same trail, in their words.
Rates, standards and scorecards, per partner.
Keep a rate card for each affiliate — lane by lane, class by class — with the margin worked out before anything is sent. Terms and vehicle standards live on the agreement, and performance is measured against it.
- Preferred, active, paused and Gnet partners in one directory
- Lane and hourly pricing, or a straight discount off retail
- Payment terms, cancellation window and waiting-time rules
- Accept rate, on-time rate and complaints tracked per partner
Farm-outs and farm-ins net against each other.
Every farm-out posts a payable and every farm-in posts a receivable, both tied to a job. At month end you settle the difference — no spreadsheet, no reconciliation call.
Give a partner a login, not a phone call.
Affiliates who don't run LimoSphere get a stripped-down portal with only their own work on it. They accept offers, assign their chauffeurs and watch their payables; nothing else of yours is visible.
- Five menu items — reservations, dispatch, chauffeurs, payables, profile
- Their jobs only, scoped by the affiliate account
- Status updates they set arrive on your board immediately
- Their pay statement is generated from the same ledger you settle from
Ten things it does properly.
Everything the affiliate side of the business needs, in the modules your team already opens every morning.
Farm out from the job
No separate tool. Open the job that has no car, pick a partner, send the offer — the board keeps the trip.
Farm in without a phone call
Offers arrive with route, class and pay already on them. Accept and the job drops onto the board assigned.
A rate card per partner
Lane by lane, class by class, with your cost and your margin worked out before anything is sent.
Standards that travel
Vehicle class, meet & greet, dress code and update frequency ride along with the trip and are measured after it.
Full trip detail, not a summary
Passengers, stops, flight numbers, child seats and notes go to the partner exactly as your customer gave them.
Status sync both ways
On the way, on location, on board, dropped off — set once by whoever is driving, seen by everyone else.
Tracking stays on your brand
The passenger's link, texts and receipt never mention the partner. You keep the relationship you sold.
Cost and revenue per trip
Every farm-out carries its cost and every farm-in its revenue, so margin is a column and not a guess.
5,000+ operators to draw on
Search any city for operators who run there, see whether they are on Gnet, and connect or invite them from the same screen.
A portal for your partners
Give affiliates a login that shows their jobs and their pay — nothing else of yours is visible.

Frequently Asked Questions
Gnet is a global network connecting chauffeured transportation operators. Through LimoSphere's integration you can farm out trips to partners and receive farm-ins from operators in 60+ countries, settled through the network.
Yes. Your passenger books with you, tracks on your branded link, gets your texts and receives your receipt. The partner supplies the car and the chauffeur; you keep the relationship.
Open the job and LimoSphere ranks the affiliates who cover that lane and class by accept rate, response time and your cost. Send one offer, or broadcast to several and take the first acceptance.
Every offer carries an expiry. When it lapses the job rolls to the next partner on the list automatically, and the board shows it as still unassigned so nothing goes quiet.
Farm-in work is invoiced like any other job, with the partner as the account. What you owe on farm-outs is netted against it per partner, so one payment closes the month.
Yes — each affiliate has its own agreement with a lane-by-lane rate card, hourly rates, payment terms, cancellation window and vehicle standards, and performance is measured against it.
No. Gnet membership is shown on every operator in the directory, but it only changes how the connection is made. Members connect straight through the network; everyone else gets an invite to your affiliate portal. The offer, the trip detail, the statuses and the settlement line are the same on your side either way.
It is compiled from publicly available operator data — company listings, fleet and coverage information that firms publish themselves. Figures are indicative and Gnet status is shown where we can confirm it, so treat a listing as a lead to verify rather than a signed agreement.
No. Direct affiliates work from the partner portal, which shows only their jobs, their chauffeurs and their payables. Gnet operators keep using their own system and the statuses still sync.
