Getting started and switching over

Most fleets are live within weeks. Guided onboarding covers setup, rates, apps, and training for your dispatch team — you are not handed a login and left to it.

Yes. Our team helps you migrate customers, rates, and upcoming reservations so you switch without losing a single trip. Vehicle types, drivers, and account structures come across in the same pass.

Yes, and most operators do. Set your timezone and roles, bring the data in, and run one week side by side before you move the phone over. Nothing forces a hard cutover date.

Operators running roughly 5 to 500 vehicles, single city or multi-city. The board, roles, and rate engine are the same at either end — larger fleets simply switch on more of them.

No. Jobs, statuses, farm-outs, paylogs, and account hierarchies keep the names the industry already uses, so a dispatcher who knows legacy software is productive on day one.

We do it with you during onboarding, using your existing rate sheet as the starting point. After that any manager with the right role can change rates without calling support.

Dispatch and day-to-day operations

Yes. LimoSphere dispatch works on desktop and mobile, so you can quote, assign, and track rides from anywhere — the board, the job, and the inbox all come with you.

On ranges of three days or less the board refreshes itself every 10 seconds, and status-tinted rows show you at a glance what is late, what is unassigned, and what is already on the way.

Assigning puts the job straight on a chauffeur. Offering sends it to one chauffeur to accept or decline. An auction posts it to several at once at a fixed, commission, or hourly rate, and you award it.

Yes — live positions on a map in your tenant's dispatch timezone, plus route history replay per driver when you need to prove what happened on a trip.

Flight numbers on a job are tracked, so an early or delayed arrival shows on the board and in the passenger's tracking link instead of turning into a phone call.

Roles and permissions decide who can view money, edit rates, change jobs, or see other people's customers. Every edit is written to the job history and the organisation audit log, down to the field.

Yes. The board runs compact or grid, with the columns your team picked, and the choice sticks per user rather than per company.

Payments, payouts, and invoicing

No. Pricing is flat-rate and transparent — we never take a commission from your bookings, however many you run.

With securely saved cards powered by Stripe. Passengers check out in one tap, and receipts go out automatically under your brand.

Yes. Card holds, partial capture, and refunds all happen inside the job, so the money and the trip never live in two different systems.

Through Stripe Connect. Chauffeurs see their paylogs and dues in the app and withdraw available funds directly — no manual transfers, no spreadsheet at the end of the week.

Grow and above include corporate account management, member booking, and an invoicing portal that handles complex billing hierarchies — parent companies, departments, and cost centres.

You can set rates by vehicle type, customer group, time of day, and route, then override them at customer or reservation level on Scale and Empire.

Refunds are issued from the job itself and post back against the same charge rows, so the pay summary, the invoice, and your books stay in agreement.

The passenger and chauffeur apps

Yes — your logo, colors, and company name throughout. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

Yes. Once a trip starts, passengers see status updates, ETA, vehicle details, and the chauffeur's real-time location.

Yes — book-on-behalf lets admins and arrangers reserve rides for executives, guests, or members in a few taps.

On Duty shares live location so dispatch can offer nearby jobs first. Offers still reach a chauffeur off duty, but proximity-based work needs location on — and the app says so clearly when it is not.

Offered jobs are assigned to one chauffeur to accept or decline. Auction jobs go to several at once — they register interest at the posted rate and dispatch awards it.

Completed jobs move from Due to Paid as the operator settles them through Stripe. Available balance can be withdrawn from the Payments screen whenever payouts are enabled on the Connect account.

They get a push reminder ahead of the expiry date and the document is flagged in the app. Re-uploading from the same row — camera or library, with crop — puts the new file in front of dispatch immediately.

Your website, widgets, and online booking

Any platform that lets you add an HTML or embed block — WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, GoDaddy, or a custom-built site. If you can paste a snippet, the widget runs.

No. Most operators paste the snippet themselves in a few minutes. If you would rather not touch the site, our team will place it for you — and if LimoSphere built your website, it is already wired in.

No — guest booking works end to end. If they create an account later with the same email, their past trips and invoices link to it automatically.

Straight onto your live dispatch board, with the customer profile, flight details, and payment status attached. Chauffeur and partner applications arrive in LimoSphere for review, so nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be re-typed.

Both, from one team. We design and build the marketing site — brand, fleet, city and airport pages — and the passenger booking experience lives inside it: quick reservations, accounts, invoices, payments, and tracking, all on your domain.

Often, yes. We will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is faster to rebuild or to rework what is there and wire booking into it.

No — tracking links work in any browser. The branded passenger app adds saved cards, push notifications, and one-tap rebooking on top.

Running the whole platform under your own name

Passenger app, chauffeur app, booking website, emails, SMS, invoices, receipts, and tracking links — everything customer-facing carries your brand.

We publish and maintain the apps for you under the white-label program — your name, icon, and listing, with updates handled by our team. Talk to sales about account ownership options.

Once we have your logo, colors, and store assets, branded apps typically go live within a few weeks — app store review included.

Yes — every LimoSphere release rolls out to white-label apps automatically. You are never stuck on an old version.

Yes. Operators running several brands — retail, corporate, a regional name — get a branded app suite per brand and one LimoSphere console behind all of them.

Absolutely. Many operators launch on the standard apps and upgrade to white-label once they are ready.

Farm-outs, farm-ins, and the Gnet network

Gnet is a global network connecting chauffeured transportation operators. Through LimoSphere's integration you can farm out trips to partners and receive farm-ins from operators in 60+ countries, settled through the network.

Yes. Your passenger books with you, tracks on your branded link, gets your texts, and receives your receipt. The partner supplies the car and the chauffeur; you keep the relationship.

Open the job and LimoSphere ranks the affiliates who cover that lane and class by accept rate, response time, and your cost. Send one offer, or broadcast to several and take the first acceptance.

Every offer carries an expiry. When it lapses the job rolls to the next partner on the list automatically, and the board shows it as still unassigned so nothing goes quiet.

Farm-in work is invoiced like any other job, with the partner as the account. What you owe on farm-outs is netted against it per partner, so one payment closes the month.

No. Direct affiliates work from the partner portal, which shows only their jobs, their chauffeurs, and their payables. Gnet operators keep using their own system and the statuses still sync.

The agent that sits inside your dashboard

An assistant built into the dispatch dashboard. Ask it a question in plain English — about how something works, or about what is actually happening in your operation — and it answers in the same window, without you leaving the board.

Two kinds. How-to questions such as "where do I add a late-night airport surcharge?", and questions about your own data such as "what is unbilled this month?" or "why did this job not auto-assign?".

Yes — it reads the same jobs, rates, accounts, and payables your team sees, and it respects the permissions of whoever is asking. A dispatcher without access to money does not get money answers.

No. It explains and it points — it will take you to the exact screen and setting it is describing, and any change is still made by you.

It handles the questions that used to be a support email, so the answer arrives in seconds. Anything it cannot resolve goes to our team with the context already attached.

Plans, billing, and getting help

Yes. Change plan at any time from your dashboard and the new limits apply instantly. Billing is prorated.

Grow and above include corporate account management, member booking, and an invoicing portal for complex billing hierarchies.

We ship a full API on Empire, plus native integrations with industry standards including Gnet and Stripe, and messaging through WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

Email or call the support line during business hours, or book a working session with the team. Onboarding customers also get a named contact through go-live.

Yes — bring one real weekend of work to a 45-minute session. We set up your vehicle types, rates, and roles, and walk the board with your dispatcher. No slides.

Inside the productAI

If it is not on this page, ask the dashboard.

LimoSphere ships an assistant inside the dispatch dashboard. Ask it how something works, or ask it about your own jobs, rates and money — the answer arrives on the screen you are already on, without opening a ticket or a manual.

Or just talk to a person.

Some questions are about your operation, not the software — how to price a wedding season, how to move fifteen years of accounts across, whether to run two brands or one. Those are worth a conversation, and you get one with someone who knows the business.

Bring the question we haven't answered.
